NTR is gearing up for an exciting new project, Project Muruga, in collaboration with director Trivikram Srinivas. The film is expected to be a grand mythological tale revolving around Subrahmanya Swamy, also known as Lord Murugeswara. Recently, the actor was spotted at Mumbai airport holding a book, which hints at his deep preparation for the role.
The book in question, Muruga – The Lord of War, The God of Wisdom, written by author Anand Balasubramanian, appears to be a significant inspiration for the storyline of the film. Although producer Naga Vamsi has confirmed that the film is indeed happening, there has been no official announcement regarding the production start date.
Currently, NTR is balancing Project Muruga with his ongoing commitments to War 2 and another film with Prashanth Neel. Despite his busy schedule, the actor is taking the time to fully immerse himself in the world of Muruga, reading the book to better understand the character and the mythology surrounding it.
Project Muruga is expected to be a high-budget, large-scale production, bringing together NTR’s star power with Trivikram Srinivas’s storytelling finesse. The team is currently focused on pre-production, with full details of the project expected to be revealed in the near future. Fans are eagerly awaiting more updates on this highly anticipated film.
