Actor Vivek Oberoi continues to make headlines for his generosity and humility. The Spirit actor, who recently joined Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s project alongside Prabhas, is now shooting for Nitesh Tiwari’s epic Ramayana, where he plays Vibhishana. In a remarkable gesture, Vivek has decided to donate his entire remuneration from the film to support children battling cancer.

I told Namit that I don’t want a penny for this, Vivek revealed, adding that Ramayana is “India’s answer to Hollywood epics.” His selfless act has earned praise from fans and colleagues alike, with many calling him an inspiration within the industry.

The mythological epic boasts a star-studded cast including Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi, Yash, and Sunny Deol, with music by A.R. Rahman and Hans Zimmer. Backed by Prime Focus Studios and Monster Mind Creations, Ramayana is slated for a grand Diwali 2026 release.
