The Telangana government has officially announced the winners of the prestigious Gaddar Film Awards 2025 in Hyderabad, celebrating outstanding achievements in Telugu cinema. The awards ceremony recognized several films, actors, and technicians who made a significant impact in the industry over the past year. Among the biggest highlights of the announcement.

Major Awards


Best Actor: Naga Chaitanya won the award for his performance in the film Thandel. His intense role and strong screen presence impressed both critics and audiences.

Best Actress: Rashmika Mandanna received the Best Actress award for her performance in The Girlfriend, where she delivered a powerful and emotional role.

Best Film: Raju Weds Rambai won the Best Film award for its engaging story and overall cinematic execution.

Second Best Film: Dhandoraa secured the Second Best Feature Film award.

Third Best Film: The Pre-Wedding Show was recognized as the Third Best Feature Film.
 

Special Category Awards


National Integrity Film: Thandel was honored for promoting themes of unity and national integrity.

Best Environmental Film: Igwa won recognition for highlighting environmental issues and awareness.

Best Debut Feature Film: Little Hearts received this award for its impressive debut production.

Best Entertainment Film: Sankranthiki Vasthunnam won for providing strong entertainment value to audiences.

Best Social Message Film: Court was recognized for delivering a meaningful social message.

Best Special Effects Film: Mirai won this award for its outstanding visual effects and technical execution.

Best Children’s Film: Anaganagana received the award for its appeal to young audiences.

Best Director: Debut director Sailu won the award for directing Raju Weds Rambai.

Best Supporting Actor: Shivaji received the award for his notable supporting performance.

Best Supporting Actress: Bhumika won the award for her impactful supporting role.
 

Music and Singing Awards


Best Music Director: Mark K. Robin won the award for his music in Dhandoraa.

Best Male Playback Singer: Anurag received the award for his song in Raju Weds Rambai.

Best Female Playback Singer: Sahithi Chaganti won the award for her song in Kannappa.

Best Comedian: Krishna Teja won the award for his comic performance in Jigrees.

Best Art Director: Thota Tharani received the award for the film Champion.

Best Makeup Artist: Govind won the award for Akhanda.

Best Costume Designer: Chandrakant received recognition for Champion.
 

Special Jury Awards


Best Special Jury Film: 23 won the Special Jury Film award.

Best Male Actor (Special Jury): Chaitu Jonnalagadda won for Raju Weds Rambai.

Best Actress (Special Jury): Ananthika received the award for 8 Vasanthalu.

Special Jury Hero: Roshan was honored for his role in Champion.
 

Special Honorary Awards


NTR National Film Award: Presented to Konidela Chiranjeevi for his contribution to Indian cinema.

Paidi Jairaj Film Award: Awarded to Kamal Haasan for his outstanding achievements in Indian films.

BN Reddy Film Award: Given to legendary director Singeetham Srinivasa Rao.

Nagireddy and Chakrapani Film Award: Presented to producer Chalasani Aswini Dutt.

T. L. Kantha Rao Film Award: Awarded to actor R Narayana Murthy.

Raghupathi Venkaiah Film Award: Given to film personality Ramesh Prasad.

C Narayana Reddy Film Award: Awarded to poet and lyricist Suddala Ashok Teja.

Akkineni Nageshwara Rao Film Award: Presented to veteran actress Jayasudha.
