The long-awaited trailer for Focker-In-Law has finally been released, bringing back the beloved characters from the Meet the Parents franchise. Over two decades after Greg Focker (played by Ben Stiller) first faced off with his overprotective father-in-law, Jack Byrnes (Robert De Niro), the tables have turned in this new installment. Greg, now a father-in-law himself, faces his own set of challenges as he must approve of his son’s fiancée, played by singer-actress Ariana Grande.
The trailer, revealed at CinemaCon in Las Vegas, promises the same humor and awkward family dynamics that made the Fockers series a worldwide hit. Ariana Grande joins the ensemble as Olivia Jones, a former FBI hostage negotiator who must win over Greg and Jack to prove she’s the ideal partner for Greg’s son.
