Amitabh Bachchan, the legendary Bollywood actor, shared a deeply emotional note on his official blog on May 5, mourning the death of Shalini Singh, a fan he regarded as family. Shalini, from Prayagraj (formerly Allahabad), passed away recently, and Bachchan referred to her as his "EF" (extended family), a term he often used to express the deep connection he shared with his loyal followers.
In his heartfelt tribute, Bachchan wrote, “Deeply saddened by the news of the passing of our dearly loved Ef Shalini Singh, from Allahabad (PrayagRaj).” The actor admitted that such moments of personal loss are always difficult to express in words. His post was filled with prayers and condolences, as he spoke about the painful nature of these moments. He further added, “I pray, we all pray for the departed soul, and for it the calm and peace it has always deserved, in grief.”
