Actress Laila Discusses Her Tollywood Comeback in an Exclusive Interview for Godari Gattupaina

Laila, it’s great to see you back in Tollywood with Godari Gattupaina. How does it feel to make your return after such a long time?
It feels amazing, to be honest. I’m really grateful to director Subhash for bringing me back into the Telugu film industry. It’s been years, and I’ve missed the energy and warmth of Tollywood. The team has been so welcoming, and it’s truly exciting to be part of such a wonderful project.

What made you choose Godari Gattupaina for your return to Tollywood?
When Subhash approached me with the role, I felt it was something special. I liked the story and the character, and I really wanted to be part of a film that had a great team behind it. I’ve always believed in choosing roles that resonate with me, and this one definitely does.

Can you tell us a little about your character in Godari Gattupaina?
Without giving too much away, my character in Godari Gattupaina is strong and independent, and I’m really excited about the role. It’s a great opportunity to showcase different emotions, and I’m looking forward to how the audience will respond to it.

You’ve worked with many talented co-stars throughout your career. How was it working with Nidhhi Agerwal and Sumanth Prabhas on this film?
Both Nidhhi and Sumanth are incredibly talented actors. Nidhhi’s energy on set is infectious, and Sumanth is such a great person to work with. We had a wonderful time filming together, and their dedication made the experience even better.

You’ve had a successful career in both Kollywood and Tollywood. How does working in both industries compare?
Both industries have their unique charm and challenges, but I have always felt at home in both. Tollywood has a certain magic, and Kollywood has been a great platform for me as well. I’ve been lucky to work in both and experience the best of both worlds.

What advice would you give to upcoming actresses trying to make a mark in the industry?
My advice would be to always stay true to yourself. The industry can be tough, but if you stay focused and put your heart into your work, success will follow. It’s important to choose roles that align with your passion and always strive to learn and grow.

Finally, what can the audience expect from Godari Gattupaina?
Godari Gattupaina is a film that has something for everyone—emotion, drama, and great performances. I hope the audience enjoys the journey as much as we enjoyed making it. I’d urge them to come to the theatres and support the film.
