The title glimpse of Chiranjeevi’s Mega158 has officially introduced the film as Kaaka. The Bobby Kolli directorial presents Chiranjeevi in two contrasting avatars and confirms a worldwide release on January 13, 2027.
 

Excitement around Chiranjeevi’s Mega158 has increased after the makers unveiled the title glimpse on the actor’s birthday. Directed by Bobby Kolli and produced by Venkat K Narayana under KVN Productions, the action entertainer has now been officially titled Kaaka.

The glimpse first introduces Chiranjeevi as K Satyam, a supervisor working in the aqua industry. He appears as a regular middle-aged man wearing glasses and handling everyday workplace situations with a calm attitude. He talks to staff about an upcoming load, refuses a leave request from Sunil and deals casually with scooter keys handed over by his daughter. This grounded introduction gives the character a relatable feel before the narrative suddenly changes direction.

The key moment begins when Satyam’s scooter keys accidentally fall into the water. A dog arrives carrying a remote, and Satyam uses a magnet to retrieve them. However, the magnet pulls up much more than the missing keys, with guns emerging from the water as well.

The sequence becomes the major transition point of the glimpse and leads directly into the Kaaka title reveal. Bobby Kolli uses the simple situation to shift the mood from light and casual to intense action without revealing too much about the story. The unusual setup also raises questions about Satyam’s real identity and why weapons are connected to his seemingly ordinary life.

The glimpse then presents Chiranjeevi in a younger avatar with a noticeably different personality. His body language becomes sharper, the visual tone turns darker and the sequence moves into gun-driven action.

The contrast between the two looks appears to be one of the film’s main attractions. While one version of Chiranjeevi represents simplicity and everyday charm, the other carries attitude, confidence and an action-heavy presence.

Vijay Karthik Kannan’s cinematography supports this shift by moving from character-focused visuals to more energetic action compositions. Thaman’s background score adds momentum to the transformation, while the use of a remix of Gang Gang from Gang Leader provides a nostalgic element for Chiranjeevi fans.

Instead of explaining the storyline, the makers have used the first glimpse to build curiosity. The biggest question is how the two versions of Chiranjeevi are connected and whether they represent different phases of K Satyam’s life.

The guns recovered from the water also appear to hint at a hidden past behind the character’s ordinary appearance. Bobby Kolli has kept these details under wraps, allowing the title glimpse to work more as a teaser for the film’s larger world.
