The Paradise continued its theatrical run with a small improvement on Saturday as the Nani and Kayadu Lohar-starrer recorded an estimated Rs 15.25 crore net in India on its third official day. According to figures reported by The Times of India, citing industry tracker Sacnilk, the film grew about 2.3% from Friday’s Rs 14.90 crore collection. Its reported India net total, including September 23 preview shows, reached approximately Rs 76.40 crore.
The action drama, directed by Srikanth Odela, began with special shows on September 23, collecting an estimated Rs 11.60 crore. Its first official day on September 24 delivered a much stronger Rs 34.65 crore before collections fell to Rs 14.90 crore on Friday. Saturday’s performance therefore brought a modest recovery rather than a major weekend jump.
Telugu box office performance remains strongest
The Telugu version remained the biggest contributor to The Paradise box office collection day 3. It reportedly earned around Rs 13.35 crore net from 3,617 shows, with overall occupancy estimated at 46.1%. Telugu night shows performed particularly well, recording the strongest attendance of the day.
The Hindi version added approximately Rs 1.65 crore from 2,809 shows, while the Tamil version contributed around Rs 25 lakh from 463 shows. The difference between the language markets shows that the film continues to depend heavily on its core Telugu audience for the majority of its theatrical business.
Andhra Pradesh and Telangana were also the film’s biggest regional markets on Saturday, together contributing a reported Rs 13.50 crore gross. Karnataka followed with about Rs 1.70 crore, while Tamil Nadu contributed around Rs 55 lakh and Kerala about Rs 10 lakh. The rest of India added roughly Rs 2.15 crore.
Overseas collections also helped strengthen the total, with the film reportedly earning around Rs 29 crore internationally so far. The Paradise has now reached an estimated worldwide gross of Rs 119.50 crore. The next key test will be its Sunday performance and how well collections hold during the weekdays, which will determine the film’s longer box office run.
