Khalid Al-Azzazi, played by Ahmed Ezz, is an Interpol officer who is preparing to leave field duty behind and settle into married life. His plans change when a dangerous new drug called Pink Lady begins spreading through an international criminal organisation.

Khalid is called back for one final mission, but there is an unexpected complication. He must work alongside Ghali Abu Daoud, played by Karim Abdel Aziz, a criminal linked to the notorious Seven Dogs syndicate whom Khalid had previously captured.

The unlikely partners begin tracking seven powerful members of the syndicate operating across different countries. Their mission takes them through China, India, Las Vegas and desert landscapes as they face heavily armed enemies, betrayals and increasingly extravagant action sequences. The investigation eventually becomes a global battle to stop the criminal network behind Pink Lady before it can expand further.

The China segment is where the movie becomes particularly playful. Instead of treating every fight with deadly seriousness, the directors occasionally inject humour and unusual musical choices into the action. This prevents the constant violence from becoming monotonous.

The India chapter delivers the biggest attraction for Bollywood viewers. Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt do not dominate the story, but their presence instantly raises the energy. Their action scenes, comic touches and unconventional moments provide some of the film's most enjoyable sequences.

Ahmed Ezz, however, remains the real backbone of the movie. His screen presence helps hold together a narrative filled with characters and locations. Karim Abdel Aziz provides a strong counterpoint and prevents the partnership between Khalid and Ghali from feeling too serious.

Where 7 Dogs falls short is emotion. Khalid's father's death, his upcoming marriage and Ghali's family could have given the story greater dramatic weight. Instead, these elements function mostly as brief motivations between action scenes.

The screenplay rarely pauses long enough to let audiences become emotionally invested in these relationships. As a result, the movie creates excitement more effectively than attachment.

Still, the film deserves credit for managing a complicated international crime network without becoming confusing. Despite the number of locations and characters, the basic objective remains clear throughout.
