Founded by Dr. Efosa Airuehia—quadruple board-certified in Psychiatry, Addiction Medicine, and Lifestyle Medicine—we provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, TMS therapy, Spravato, addiction treatment, and telepsychiatry for children, teens, and adults (ages 11–65). With a focus on holistic mental wellness, we integrate lifestyle-based therapies like nutrition, exercise, and sleep hygiene into treatment. We accept most major insurance plans and are currently welcoming new patients.
