Recruitment Overview:

• PNB has started the recruitment process for the position of Internal Ombudsman.
• A total of 2 positions are available.
• The application deadline is February 22, 2025.
• The position is contractual, with a fixed term of three years.

Selection Procedure:

• Selection will be based on a Personal Interaction/Interview.
• The interview could take place either online or in person.
• The Bank reserves the right to modify the selection process based on the number of applications.

Remuneration:

• Selected candidates will receive a fixed monthly remuneration of Rs 1.75 lakh (subject to applicable taxes).

Leave Policy:

• Candidates are entitled to 12 days of leave per year, with a maximum of 4 consecutive days allowed at a time.
• Unused leave cannot be carried over or encashed.
• Working hours will be aligned with standard banking hours.

Application Fee:

• A non-refundable application fee of Rs 2,000 is required from all candidates.
