PNB Recruitment 2025: Apply for Internal Ombudsman Posts
Recruitment Overview:
- PNB has started the recruitment process for the position of Internal Ombudsman.
- A total of 2 positions are available.

- The position is contractual, with a fixed term of three years.
Selection Procedure:
- Selection will be based on a Personal Interaction/Interview.
- The interview could take place either online or in person.
- The Bank reserves the right to modify the selection process based on the number of applications.
Remuneration:
- Selected candidates will receive a fixed monthly remuneration of Rs 1.75 lakh (subject to applicable taxes).
Leave Policy:
- Candidates are entitled to 12 days of leave per year, with a maximum of 4 consecutive days allowed at a time.
- Unused leave cannot be carried over or encashed.
- Working hours will be aligned with standard banking hours.
Application Fee:
- A non-refundable application fee of Rs 2,000 is required from all candidates.
