In a significant development, Cindy Rodriguez Singh, the fourth most wanted fugitive on the FBI's Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list, has been arrested in India. Singh, 40, was wanted for the brutal 2022 murder of her 6-year-old son, Noel Rodriguez Alvarez, and had been on the run since March 2023.
