A shocking crime has come to light involving a 19-year-old former domestic worker, Rahul, who has been arrested in connection with a murder case in Delhi. The victim, a 22-year-old engineering graduate and UPSC aspirant, was found dead at her residence in East of Kailash, southeast Delhi.

According to police, the young woman was allegedly sexually assaulted and later strangled using a mobile phone charger cable. Her family discovered her body at home, after which the police were informed and an investigation was launched.

The accused, Rahul, had previously worked as a domestic helper in the victim’s house but was dismissed over a month ago due to behavioral issues, including borrowing money from others and not returning it. Following the incident, police tracked his movements and arrested him from a hotel in Dwarka.

During the investigation, police uncovered another serious allegation against Rahul. Just hours before the Delhi incident, he is suspected to have committed sexual assault in his native village in Alwar. The survivor informed her family, and it was revealed that Rahul was known to the family, as they had prior connections.

After the incident in Alwar, Rahul travelled to Delhi, where the murder took place. Police are currently investigating the motive behind the crime. Officials believe that anger over losing his job or a pattern of criminal behavior may have contributed to the incident.
