SRRP outlines Mount Kailash pilgrimage plans alongside global religious outreach

Sri Rajarajeshwari Peetham has announced the schedule and spiritual framework for its Kailash Manasarovar Yatra 2026, while also outlining the broader scope of religious and ritual activities conducted by the organization across multiple countries. The yatra, scheduled from July 20 to August 4, 2026, is positioned as one of the organization’s major pilgrimages, distinct from its year-round spiritual programs carried out globally.

The Kailash Manasarovar Yatra will take pilgrims through key sacred locations in Nepal and Tibet, including Kathmandu, Pashupatinath, Doleshwor Mahadev, Lake Manasarovar, Mount Kailash, Muktinath, Manakamana, and Pokhara. During the pilgrimage, rituals such as hawans, poojas, parayanas, archanas, abhishekas, and homas will be conducted at selected temples and sacred sites, subject to local regulations and logistical feasibility. At Lake Manasarovar, participants will perform parikrama along with Rudrabhishekam, archana, tarpana, and special poojas. The Mount Kailash Parikrama will include ritual observances at designated locations along the traditional route, including Yamadwar, Diraphuk, Dolma La Pass, and Zuthulpuk.

Separate from the yatra itself, Sri Rajarajeshwari Peetham has highlighted its ongoing global spiritual initiatives, which involve the performance of Vedic rituals and yagas in various parts of India and abroad. The organization has conducted Chandi Homams, Sahasra Lingarchanas, Sri Chakra Pujas, Rudrabhishekas, and Vishnu Sahasranama Parayanas at multiple temples and spiritual centers.

According to the organization, these rituals have taken place at locations including Kamakhya, Kasi, Srishailam, Jogulamba, Puruhutika, Vijayawada, Hyderabad, Devipuram, Tirupati, and Muktinath in India. Internationally, the organization has performed spiritual ceremonies in the United States, including the Bay Area in California, Dallas in Texas, Charlotte in North Carolina, and Ashford in the United Kingdom. Events conducted in these regions have included Chandi Homams, Sudarshana Homams, Dattatreya and Anagha Devi Vratams, Sahasra Lingarchanas, Lalitha Kumkumarchanas, and Rudrabhishekas.

Sri Rajarajeshwari Peetham has stated that these global rituals are part of a sustained spiritual mission focused on collective prayer, devotional practice, and the promotion of harmony and world peace. The organization noted that such ceremonies are conducted independently of specific pilgrimages and are organized throughout the year in response to community participation and religious calendars.

The Kailash Manasarovar Yatra 2026 will conclude with the return journey to Kathmandu and departure from the international airport. Organizers emphasized that the pilgrimage is structured to balance spiritual engagement with safety, acclimatization, and adherence to international travel guidelines.

Sri Rajarajeshwari Peetham has invited interested devotees to seek further details through its official channels, noting that both the Kailash Manasarovar Yatra and the organization’s wider ritual programs reflect its commitment to preserving and practicing traditional Vedic worship across global communities.
