The customer must also have used fewer than 10 Prime benefits during any 12-month membership period and must not have received an automatic settlement payment. Prime benefits can include delivery, shopping, streaming and reading services.

Customers do not need to identify the enrollment flow or calculate their benefit usage because that review is handled through the claims process.

How to file an Amazon settlement claim

Eligible consumers were sent claim notices by email or mail by January 28, 2026. People who did not receive a notice but believe they qualify may still submit a claim through the official Subscription Membership Settlement website.
