Get ready, Livermore Mooyah Burgers, Fries & Shakes is bringing its famous burgers, hand-cut fries, and real ice cream shakes to the Tri-Valley. The Texas-based chain launched a soft opening at its newest location at 4510 Las Positas Road on May 19, and the official grand opening celebration is set for May 30.
The Livermore store marks Mooyah’s second Bay Area location, following the success of its Walnut Creek outlet. The restaurant is owned and operated by Tri-Valley locals Rikin Lakhani, Ankit Patel, Sameet Patel, and Shailain Patel, who are excited to share their passion for fresh, customizable fast-casual food.
“After opening our first MOOYAH in Walnut Creek, we saw firsthand how much guests love the brand,” said Lakhani. “We’re excited to bring that same energy and flavor to Livermore and introduce the community to what we believe is the best burger around.”
Mooyah is known for its Certified Angus Beef®, turkey burgers, and plant-based veggie options all made with never-frozen, all-natural ingredients. Guests can customize their burgers with freshly-baked buns, hand-cut veggies, and a variety of toppings. Their thick milkshakes and perfectly crisp fries have earned a cult following.
Grand Opening Details
The May 30 grand opening event promises free fries with every burger, entertainment, prizes, and more. Plus, 10 guests who scan their Mooyah Rewards app that day will be entered to win free Mooyah for a year. Store hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
