Panorama Produce has voluntarily recalled 302 boxes of mangoes sold at select Walmart stores in four U.S. states because of possible Salmonella contamination. The recall affects mangoes distributed in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania between August 10 and August 21, 2026.
According to an announcement posted by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, Panorama Produce initiated the recall on August 28, and the FDA published the notice on August 29. The affected product is sold under the Martina brand and includes size 9 mangoes. No illnesses had been reported in connection with the recalled fruit as of the latest FDA notice.

The recalled mangoes were shipped in Martina-branded cases. Individual fruit can be identified by a light blue Agrofepac sticker carrying the words “Produce of Mexico.”

The FDA said the recall began after agency sampling detected Salmonella in mangoes grown on the same farm. The fruit that tested positive was not distributed in U.S. commerce.
