Waltair Veerayya, Veera Simha Reddy want Jagan’s help

There are two big theatrical outings lined up for release this Sankranthi season and the stakes are exceptionally high on the same.

The latest news is that the makers of Veera Simha Reddy and Waltair Veerayya - Mythri Movie Makers have approached the government of Andhra Pradesh for ticket price hikes.

Mythri are requesting the AP government to permit a price hike of Rs 50 for both Veera Simha Reddy and Waltair Veerayya.

They’re also requesting the government to permit six shows per day including the much desired benefit shows that will start early in the morning. This could be coming to effect for the opening weekend.

The Sankranthi releases are looking to make the most of the Sankranthi season with the hikes and special shows.

But the government of Andhra Pradesh had been reluctant about the special shows and ticket prcie hikes all the while. Will Jagan lend a helping hand to Chiranjeevi and Balakrishna in this crucial time? We have to wait and see.
