The movie will be made in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam. According to Bhupathi, 'Mangalavaaram' is a concept-based movie belonging to a never-tried-before genre in Indian cinema. The movie features 30 characters, and each one has a certain place in the larger scheme of the film. The title's rationale will become clear upon watching the movie, the director said. The filmmakers are passionate about the project, and Bhupathi is set to surprise the audience once again, as he did with 'RX 100.'

Producers Swathi Gunupati and Suresh Varma M emphasized that 'Mangalavaaram' is not a pan-Indian movie but a "pakka South Indian movie."
