A couple of days back, the pre release event of Gangs of Godavari was held in Hyderabad and it was graced by Nandamuri Balakrishna. At the event, an interesting scene was observed as here were viral videos of a supposed liquor bottle beside Balayya. Then there was the incident where Balayya pushed aside Anjali.

Balakrishna is once again in the news for his behavior at a movie pre-release event. During the "Gangs of Godavari" pre-release event, he was seen pushing actor Anjali. Anjali, however, took it lightly and burst into laughter.

Vishwak Sen, the main lead of the film, who was also on stage, clarified that Balakrishna wasn’t pushing her seriously and urged people to watch the entire video clip for proper context. He noted that Balakrishna and Anjali were later seen laughing together, emphasizing there was no ill intent. He said despite this, some people are focusing on creating controversy.

Responding to the viral images about an alcohol bottle seen near Balakrishna's feet, where he was sitting, director Nagavamsi stated that there were no such bottles at the event and that someone had likely used computer graphics to create the image.
