Gaddar Film Awards 2014–2023: Full Winners List Out

The Telangana government has taken a monumental step in honoring the legacy of Telugu cinema by announcing the Gaddar Telangana Film Awards (GTFA) for films released from 2014 to 2023. Following the earlier announcement of awards for 2024 releases, this new phase covers a decade’s worth of cinematic excellence beginning from June 2, 2014 the day Telangana was formed. The award list was unveiled at a press conference by veteran actor Murali Mohan, the jury chairman, and Telugu Film Development Corporation (TFDC) Chairman and producer Dil Raju.

The jury reviewed all Censor Board-certified films over this 10-year span and selected three top feature films for each year. In addition to honoring films, six special recognitions were awarded to legendary contributors from various segments of the industry. A notable posthumous Special Jury Award was given to revolutionary poet and cultural icon Kaloji Narayana Rao.

Grand Awards Event

The award ceremony will be held on June 14 at Hitex, Hyderabad, marking a grand celebration of 11 years of cinematic evolution in the Telangana era.
