Global power couple Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas treated their daughter Malti Marie Chopra Jonas to a magical experience at New York’s New Amsterdam Theatre, where they watched the Broadway production of Aladdin. Sharing the heartwarming family outing on Instagram, Priyanka called it a "magical" experience that left her deeply moved especially due to the presence of Indian leads in the show.

The couple posted behind-the-scenes moments with the entire cast, including Adi Roy as Aladdin, Sonya Balsara as Jasmine, and the Genie. One adorable photo captured Malti curiously reaching for Aladdin’s lamp, while a short clip showed her sweetly interacting with the Genie. Priyanka could be heard saying, “She’s enamoured at the moment.” As is her usual practice, Priyanka covered Malti’s face with a heart emoji to maintain privacy.

Priyanka praised the performances of Adi Roy and Sonya Balsara, both Indian-origin actors leading the cast of the Disney spectacle. In her caption, she wrote, “To see the two incredibly talented leads @adivroy @sonyabalsara who are Indian made my little heart flutter! You were all mesmerising!”

The cast was equally thrilled to meet the Chopra-Jonas family. Sonya Balsara commented, "Words can’t express how special it was to meet you and your family, thank you for being such an inspiration and pioneer for our community." Adi Roy added humorously, "Thanks for visiting Agrabah!! Glad yall could make it out."

Nick Jonas also shared a snapshot from the day on his Instagram Stories, describing the event as a “wonderful production” and a beautiful family memory. Interestingly, this Disney outing came just a day after the trio attended BLACKPINK’s concert in New York, where Priyanka and Nick were seen singing along to Malti’s favorite track “APT” by Rosé, creating back-to-back memorable moments for their daughter.

Priyanka and Nick, who tied the knot in a spectacular wedding in Rajasthan in 2018, welcomed Malti via surrogacy in January 2022. The family is often seen enjoying cultural and entertainment events around the world. On the professional front, Priyanka recently starred in Heads of State alongside Idris Elba and John Cena. She’s also returning for Citadel Season 2, and will next be seen in The Bluff, where she plays a 19th-century Caribbean pirate. She is also expected to begin shooting for SS Rajamouli’s much-awaited film with Mahesh Babu later this year.
