Following his recent release Ranabaali, Vijay Deverakonda is preparing for Rowdy Janardhana, a rural action drama directed by Ravi Kiran Kola. On October 17, the makers marked Keerthy Suresh’s birthday by unveiling a new poster highlighting her character and the film’s softer side.

Keerthy Suresh’s First Look Revealed

The poster shows Keerthy in traditional attire, with a small bindi and long braid, seated on a boat beside Vijay Deverakonda’s character. Set against a waterside backdrop, the image shifts the focus from the film’s intense action to a quieter moment between its leads. In their birthday message, the makers described Keerthy as someone who brings out the beautiful side of Rowdy Janardhana. The poster hints at a romantic or emotional thread, but the team has not disclosed her character’s name or how she fits into the central conflict.

Vijay Deverakonda’s Earlier Look Already Unveiled

Although the latest poster keeps Vijay’s face out of view, his rugged appearance was revealed in the title glimpse released in December 2025. Sporting long hair, a thick moustache and a lungi, the actor was introduced as a feared rowdy in a story set in the 1980s. A later birthday poster in May 2026 also showed Vijay alongside Keerthy, blending action and romance. The new image therefore builds on the film’s established visual identity rather than revealing its hero for the first time. It also gives audiences a closer look at Keerthy’s presence in the story.

Production Team and Release Plans

Ravi Kiran Kola, known for Raja Vaaru Rani Gaaru, writes and directs the film. Dil Raju and Shirish produce it under the Sri Venkateswara Creations banner. Christo Xavier is composing the music, with Anend C. Chandran handling cinematography. The film is planned for release in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.

Rowdy Janardhana is still targeting a theatrical release in December 2026, although an exact date has not been announced. With filming underway and post-production progressing alongside it, the makers are expected to share further updates as the release window approaches.
