Telangana SSC supplementary exams began smoothly with the First Language paper, recording 76.82% attendance and no malpractice cases.
Telangana SSC Supplementary Exams Begin
The SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations started across Telangana on Friday, 5th June with the First Language paper. According to the Director of Government Examinations, K. Lingaiah, the first day of exams was conducted in a peaceful and organised manner across the state.
The SSC supplementary exams are important for students who are trying to clear failed subjects and continue their academic year without delay. With the exams starting smoothly, attention will now shift to the remaining papers and attendance trends across Telangana.
76.82% Attendance Recorded
A total of 6,086 candidates had registered for the examination. Out of them, 4,675 students appeared for the paper, while 1,411 candidates were absent. The overall attendance for the first day stood at 76.82%, giving the department a clear picture of student participation in the supplementary exams.
No Paper Leak Or Malpractice Reported
The department confirmed that no incidents of question paper leakage, mass copying, outside interference or malpractice were reported during the exam. Officials said the smooth conduct of the paper showed that proper arrangements were made at examination centres.
Flying Squads Inspect Exam Centres
Flying squads and senior officials inspected 124 examination centres as part of monitoring measures. Their inspections were aimed at ensuring discipline, transparency and fair conduct of the supplementary exams across Telangana.
The supplementary exam schedule runs from June 5 to June 12, with different subjects being conducted on separate days. Students are advised to follow hall ticket instructions and reach centres on time.
Department Says Exams Peaceful
The education department also stated that no adverse incidents or cases of staff negligence were reported on the first day. With the first paper completed without controversy, officials are expected to continue strict monitoring for the remaining SSC supplementary examinations. Officials are expected to continue close monitoring during the remaining supplementary exam papers to ensure the same peaceful conduct across centres.
