Infosys has announced a major recruitment plan for 2025, with CEO Salil Parekh confirming that the company will hire approximately 20,000 fresh college graduates this year. In terms of compensation, Infosys has completed salary hikes for Q4 and Q1 of the last fiscal year and is now assessing the timing for the next cycle. Parekh assured that the company will adhere to its standard evaluation process and announce future hikes accordingly.
