Story: Arjun (Aryan Gaura) is pursuing his B. Tech in Vizag and incidentally, he crosses paths with Keerthy at his college. The two of them develop feelings for each other. However, a series of events unfolds, and to Ajay's astonishment, his love interest, Keerthy, goes missing. The question arises: Why is Keerthy missing?

The film's audio track is a winner, featuring enjoyable songs and background music that perfectly complements the core narrative. The emotional dialogues in the middle portion stand out, adding depth to the story. "O Sathiya" beautifully captures the essence of first love, striking a chord with viewers from various backgrounds.
