The incident occurred around 7 p.m. on Tuesday, when state police responded to a report of a vehicle accident on the I-88 westbound exit ramp leading to Illinois Route 83, also known as Kingery Highway. The crash has disrupted traffic near a busy commercial hub, causing delays and detours that are expected to last for several days.
