Plot

DSP Sankalp Nayak investigates a Goa island rave where masked attackers trap over 300 youngsters. Electric fencing and landmines turn their escape into a deadly challenge.

Overview

Vishwak Sen acts and directs in this Telugu slasher thriller, released on October 30, 2026. Its ambitious survival premise delivers uneven results.

Performances

Vishwak Sen’s intensity anchors the action. Gayatri Bhardwaj and Tarak Ponnappa contribute effectively, with dependable support from Murali Sharma and Srikanth Iyengar.

Technical Aspects

Arvind Viswanathan’s visuals capture the party’s chaos effectively. Good production values support the scale.

Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5)

Music

Ravi Basrur’s background score builds tension and strengthens the action.

Editing

Ravi Teja Girijala maintains momentum during confrontations, but slower stretches need trimming.

Positives

Intense lead performance
Impactful interval
Effective background score

Negatives

Delayed protagonist entry
Repetitive survival scenes
Weak emotional depth

Analysis

The unusual setup creates interest, but violence overshadows suspense. Stronger backstories and a sharper mystery could have made the survival stakes more compelling.

Bottomline

Daring Attempt
